About the event
This is a field-based leadership lab for young people ready to engage with the real complexity of the world.
Over 10 days, participants step into the role of a temporary leadership team, working on live challenges within a real ecosystem and community context. They investigate how systems actually function, confront trade-offs and tensions, and design interventions that are tested in the field.
This programme gives participants real, evidence-based experiences they can draw on in applications and interviews. Instead of relying on theory or school projects, they leave with clear examples of how they think, lead, and respond to real-world challenges.
