About the event
We need to create the leaders of the future. People who are not simply reacting to every fresh planetary crisis, seemingly inept and overwhelmed by the situation, in many cases contributing to the problems, not solving.
Regenerative leadership represents a profound shift in how leaders view their roles, and the purpose of their organizations. We need to teach young people how how the world actually works… and how to respond to it.
This 5-day immersive camp invites young people into a living system, not a classroom. Set in nature, participants step into the role of a temporary leadership council, responsible for understanding, working with, and improving the environment around them.
Through hands-on challenges, group decision-making, and real ecological projects, they begin to experience leadership as something lived, not taught.
What They’ll Experience
