Leadership & Educational-Tourism Training Program (PART 2) for Ages 15–18, 30,000 THB + 7% VAT

Real-world skills for those ready to take responsibility and prepare for meaningful careers in ecology, educational-tourism, outdoor education or conservation.

This program is designed for young people who are ready to step beyond school-based learning and gain meaningful insight into real-world environments.

The journey begins with a 4-week Summer Training Programme, where participants develop core skills in leadership, hospitality, and facilitation. Working in a supportive environment, they learn how experiences are designed and delivered, build confidence in communication, and practice engaging and supporting groups through guided activities.

For those who wish to continue, the program progresses into a 2-week Christmas Field Intensive, where participants step into a more dynamic, real-world setting. During this phase, they work alongside experienced teams within live programs, applying their skills in a faster-paced environment while continuing to receive guidance and feedback.
