Leadership & Educational-Tourism Training Program (PART 1) for Ages 15–18

Real-world skills for those ready to take responsibility and prepare for meaningful careers in ecology, educational-tourism, outdoor education or conservation.

This program is designed for young people who are ready to step beyond school-based learning and gain meaningful insight into real-world environments.

Over a 4-week Summer Training Programme, participants develop core skills in leadership, hospitality, and facilitation. Working in a supportive environment, they learn how experiences are designed and delivered, build confidence in communication, and practice engaging and supporting groups through guided activities.

Optional add-on of a field-based intensive - For those who wish to continue, the program progresses into a 2-week Christmas Field Intensive, where participants step into a more dynamic, real-world setting. During this phase, they work alongside experienced teams within live programs, applying their skills in a faster-paced environment while continuing to receive guidance and feedback.
